Refund and Return Policy
At The Snack Company, all of our specially baked goods are made to order and we do not accept refund returns of products purchased.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, all customers are given a 24 hour period to contact us post-delivery of the baked goods in the case that the product is shown to be of unsatisfactory quality.To understand the true nature of the issue we may ask for supplementary photographic images to ensure the issue does not occur again, as our customers are always at the heart of everything that we do. The comments (and images if required) will be reviewed and the decision to process a refund, credit note, or replacement order to the same value as the original order will be actioned. Please note that different payment options have different refund process time periods.
